FACT Program
"Family & Community Together"
Our Vision
Empowering families to build strong foundations for their young children, from the start.
Who are we?
We are a Family Resource Program, committed to our vision, of helping young children and families build strong foundations and find success. The FACT program is a project of El Centro Elementary School District, together with the Imperial County Children and Families First Commission. Our team is diligently committed to the El Centro Elementary School District mission, ensuring each young child, student and family is equipped with what they need to reach their highest achievements. In collaboration with schools, parents, teachers, administrators and community members, the FACT program unites the commitment of many to bring individualized assistance to families in need of support.
