Superintendent Jon LeDoux, Deputy Superintendent Kristy Curry, and ECESD employee/El Centro City Councilwoman Sonia Carter join California Assembly Member Eduardo Garcia to acknowledge the awarding of over $1.5 million in grant funds from the Imperial County Air Pollution Control District for the infrastructure required for electric buses in the District.
As part of the project, the grant will also provide solar panels that will provide shade for our fleet of buses.
